Alamen Ayiti

A Mission Rooted in Service, Faith & Empowerment

  •  What it is

Alamen Ayiti is more than a project, it's a mission. We exist to inspire, serve, support, and equip Haitian Christian artisans living in Haiti.

Many of them have extraordinary talent, but that talent is often lost or hidden.
Too often, they believe their creativity or artistry is disconnected from their identity as Christians, and therefore not worthy of attention or excellence. They also face a lack of structure, mentorship, resources, and opportunities to truly
excel in their craft.

Through Alamen Ayiti, we provide space, tools, training, mentorship, and community so their creativity can flourish as a way to glorify God and serve others.

  •  How We Support Haitian Artisans

When you support Alamen Ayiti, you help us:

Provide workshop opportunities and skill-building training
Offer access to a physical space to showcase and sell their creations
Supply quality materials often unavailable or expensive in Haiti
Build a creative, faith-driven community grounded in excellence and purpose

🧑🏾🎨 Meet the Artisans

We are honored to introduce you to the first 3 artisans supported through Alamen Ayiti. These creators represent the heart of what this mission is all about: talent, faith, and resilience.

Owrah by Marlande F. ALexandre | Handmade Accessories & Inspirational Design

OWRAH is more than a handmade brand; it's a declaration of identity and worship. Founded by a bold Christian creative, OWRAH represents women and men who walk out their faith with confidence, in a world where Haitian craftsmanship is often misrepresented or associated with symbols that don’t reflect their beliefs. At OWRAH, each piece is created with intention, to carry light, inspiration, and spiritual meaning into the world of craftsmanship

OWRAH was born to reclaim the beauty of Haitian craftsmanship without compromise. As a believer, the founder sees each creation as an act of worship, intentionally avoiding symbols like vevès that don’t align with her Christian faith. She believes that “Made in Haiti” can carry elegance, faith, and purpose, all while keeping God at the center.

Too often, Haitian artisans face poor-quality imports, repetitive design, and a lack of faith-centered representation. OWRAH offers a bold, creative solution, where originality, devotion, and cultural pride meet.

Designed for modern women and men who value authenticity and meaning, OWRAH serves confident creatives, believers, and style-seekers who want their accessories to reflect both their identity and convictions.

To meet these needs Owrah provides:

  • High-quality handcrafted sandals and bags made with local materials
Each model carries a message designed to reflect therapy, faith, and identity

OWRAH believes craftsmanship is worship, because God is the first artisan.
